About
Hello, I'm Abdur. I graduated from Case Western Reserve University in 2016 with a Master's in Science and Social Administration, focusing on Adults with Mental Illness. My journey in mental health has been deeply rewarding, and I most recently served as a Clinical Director, where I provided both group therapy and one-on-one counseling to clients dealing with substance use disorder and mental illness. My approach is rooted in a cognitive behavioral framework, which has proven to be highly effective in helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges.
Working with me means embarking on a journey of self-discovery and healing, where you are at the center of the process. Together, we will work to uncover the underlying issues affecting your mental health and develop strategies to overcome them. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and tailored to meet your unique needs.
If you're ready to take the first step towards a healthier, more fulfilling life, I invite you to reach out. Let's work together to create positive change and achieve your personal goals.
