About
You weren’t born to fit into a binary. You were born to become something extraordinary.
I’m not here to ‘fix’ you; I’m here to help you build something powerful — your confidence, your clarity, your joy. As a queer, neurodivergent therapist and a parent of a gender diverse kid, I know how complicated it can be to show up fully in a world that keeps telling you to shrink. Whether you’re navigating your own identity, wrestling with old trauma, or figuring out how to support your kid through big transitions, therapy with me is radically different.
I use tools like role-playing games, narrative therapy, and somatic practices to help you tap into your voice, your story, and your power. I work with trans, non-binary, gender diverse, & LGBTQ+ kids, teens, and adults, along with the parents who are walking this journey beside them. I also support folks navigating dissociation, trauma, & neurodivergence.
Most of my clients are outsiders in one way or another — gifted, queer, poly, neurodivergent, intense — and they’re ready to stop pretending, stop apologizing, and start thriving. If you’re looking for therapy that challenges the status quo and makes space for every messy, extraordinary part of you, you’ve come to the right place.
