I work a lot with emotional awareness and insight into our experience of life and others. We all have been wounded in some way(s) and can heal from those wounds but need to gain a better understanding of what those unhealthy patterns are. Once we do that we are better positioned to cultivate healthier patterns that help us grow into our best life.
Anxiety, depression, disconnection, confusion; we all experience them at times. What helps? I believe a trusted, caring, competent guide is essential to move through these difficult times and grow in necessary ways. Facing the issues with compassion and courage can be life changing. I love walking alongside people as they work to make such changes.
