I am licensed in Illinois and Utah with 6 years of professional work experience in community mental health and substance abuse. While working in community mental health has been a wonderful experience, I decided to move forward in my career and have been in private practice for almost a year now. I have experience in helping clients with a variety of concerns from coping with addictions to parenting issues.
I work with individuals with a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
