About
I am a bilingual and bicultural Psychotherapist and Iâm happy to provide services in Spanish and English. I completed my Masterâs Degree in Clinical Psychology at Universidad Iberoamericana and am currently pursuing a PhD in Social Work at Loyola University Chicago. I've gathered over 5000 clinical hours of international experience. My clinical approach is well suited to addressing the psychological impacts of life challenges, medical and health challenges, and trauma. Together we can connect and explore at your pace in a caring, empathic space with honest feedback, strategies for change, and a little humor. View 5 Photos
My focus is on helping clients navigate complex, chronic, and acute traumatic experiences. I support immigrants and mixed-status families, offering guidance on cultural and familial challenges for 1st/2nd generation individuals. I address identity-related issues including sexual orientation.
I co-create with my clients a nurturing and safe space where we explore together with empathy, curiosity, and kindness. I strive to be warm, collaborative, grounded, and humorous in my approach to therapy. My focus is to help you understand your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, and how they influence your daily life, performance, and well-being.
