About
I take a holistic and contextual approach to therapy. I want to know your sources of pain - but I also want to know what you value, what has shaped you, where you draw inspiration, your beliefs, and how you feel in your own body. Weâll peel back layers, we'll process distress, and we'll build practical tools to manage the challenges you're facing. Ultimately, weâll build a more authentic, empowered sense of self. If something is no longer serving you, letâs figure out how to change it. My areas of focus include sexuality, sex, identity, anxiety, depression, relationships, and life-transitions.
I identify as a queer cis woman and I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals. Iâm passionate about working with the queer community and honoring the inherent strengths and opportunities that exist across variations of gender, sexuality, and relationships. I primarily draw on mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems
Therapy is hard work, and Iâll challenge you, but I also believe it can be fun. I enjoy bringing laughter and creativity into the process. I meet my clients with compassion, curiosity, and an open-mind. My hope is that you will be motivated and courageous in our work together. I look forward to connecting.
