I use a collaborative approach with clients & often challenge clients to utilize their experiences & expertise to resolve issues, rather than just provide my own solution. I enjoy providing psychoeducation about health & wellness, including parenting techniques & communication or conflict resolution skills. to offer you empowerment, resolution, & grace!

The goal of my work with clients is to hold up a mirror & to help you recognize the role you play in each of your relationships.
