I specialize in working with individuals on relationship/marital issues, relational trauma, childhood trauma, complex trauma, intergenerational trauma, shame, low self esteem, HSP and ADHD. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a certified RLT therapist (Relational Life Therapy). I am also trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Hakomi.
