Hi there! I’m a bilingual Spanish-English speaking therapist specializing in neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am currently seeing clients via Telehealth. I enjoy working with clients on issues related to life and work balance, anxiety and depression disorders, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, trauma, and emotionally dysregulation. I specialize in providing compassionate and effective treatment for individuals struggling with PTSD symptoms. I have experienced success in family sessions by guiding the repair between a child-parent relationship. I wholeheartedly believe that repairing
child-parent relationships is the key to promoting a healthier world and a fostering a positive change on an intergenerational level. I take a trauma-informed, mind-body connection, and holistic approach that focuses on understanding the whole person. I intentionally work to connect and empower clients to work together in their healing journey where clients
are, exploring all parts of the self and creating healthy practices and habits. My hope is that you experience a strong connection with self, accept all parts of you, and feel whole and connected. I know that people seek therapy for their own reasons and consider all factors of human experience by tailoring treatment and approach to each client's needs.
