Hi, my name is Jennifer, and I would love to offer you a safe, compassionate space to work through challenges in two of your most important relationships â with your partner and with yourself. For the past decade, I have helped individuals free themselves from childhood trauma and other stress related patterns. More recently, I have expanded my practice to include Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy, where I help couples learn to communicate more compassionately with each other, so they can create a stronger, more deeply connected partnership.
Whether I am working with couples or individuals, my aim is for everyone to feel safe, heard, and understood. I believe that deep emotional experience holds the greatest power for change.
