About
I am passionate about walking with, and supporting folks who, despite their successes, are confused by their lack of true joy or meaning in this life. So many of us wrestle with feeling deeply unfulfilled and real difficulty finding lasting and nourishing connection with others. Far too many of us then struggle privately, which rarely leads to less struggle. My mission is to create a space that feels safe and accepting where your individual struggle can be seen, accepted, understood, and worked out in a way that brings you a sense of peace.
I have experience, and work with, all kinds of teens, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in a type of treatment called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a collaborative therapy, geared toward helping folks choose not only WHO, but HOW, they want to be in this life.
Our work together is focused on finding more adaptive, meaningful ways of relating to yourself, and others. Only YOU get to decide what you want the remainder of your life story to look like. We'll focus on identifying what you value most, and getting you closer to it.
What sets us apart
I help teens, adults, couples, and families navigate feelings of unfulfillment and disconnection. Utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I create a safe, collaborative space to explore values, foster self-acceptance, and build meaningful relationships. Together, we'll work towards a more adaptive and fulfilling life aligned with your chosen path.
