I have seen and experienced the positive benefits of EMDR therapy in navigating trauma, grief and loss, anxiety and many other aspects of daily distress. While we are not able to predict or control the kinds of traumas and losses that may occur in our lives, we can learn to more effectively manage the impacts of these events through EMDR
