I'm also trained to work with couples. I help couples learn healthy communication skills, increased emotional connection, manage conflict, learn how to fight fair, and much more.
I use a cognitive behavioral therapy approach in my individual sessions that will help adults learn healthy coping skills to manage anxiety, depression, stress, and more. Additionally, I use Gottman Method Couples Therapy with couples that will help improve communication, created shared meaning, and increase relationship satisfaction.
