My goal while working with you is to create a safe space to explore tougher emotions, help you find more fulfillment and balance in your life, and find healthy ways to cope with current and past life stressors.
I specialize in helping people with maternal mental health, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, and substance use concerns get to the root of their current challenges so they can experience long term change. In session I utilize CBT, somatic exercises, EMDR and EMDR & Addictions along with other modalities that are the best fit for you.
