My work focuses on women’s issues, anxiety, OCD, stress management, and life transitions. My approach is person-centered, holistic, and collaborative. I have a background in teaching yoga and mindful movement and believe that self-compassion, mind-body connection, and integration of values can help guide healing and growth.
