My approach is warm, compassionate, direct, and includes humor and levity. Your whole self is welcome, even the parts that can be hard to talk about. I work somatically, relationally, and with a lens to both personal and collective trauma. Together, we'll explore what's happening in the moment, and deepen into new areas of understanding.
